By signing this for, I confirm that our onsite team:

Will comply with the Stand Build Rules and Regulations and Health and Safety Guidelines
Have obtained the appropriate visas
Will abide by Union rules and regulations
Will wear appropriate PPE
Will ensure that our construction does not unduly block gangways and we will work in conjunction with the Show Management team to ensure gangways remain sufficiently clear in order to maintain emergency access routes and allow for vehicle movement
Will ensure that our stand build methods will not contravene the regulations, in particular Stand Build Methods – Prohibited and will not cause a nuisance to neighbouring stands or Show Management
Will abide by the Stand Completion – Non-Performance Charge
Will have adequate breaks and are aware of and have access to suitable welfare facilities, i.e., toilets, food and drinking water
